RETURN POLICY

CUSTOM WIG UNITS - RETURN POLICY

We do not offer refunds for custom wig units, due to health, hygiene and safety laws.

Please note that once the unit has been shipped from our location, it is non-refundable, unless the unit has arrived damaged.

Measurements must be taken accurately as the unit is made according to the measurements provided.

Please note: we are not responsible for non-accurate measurements resulting in the unit not fitting.

LACE CLOSURES  + BUNDLES

Refunds are only available within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund, the hair must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

If your request is successful, you’ll be refunded via the platform you made the order through.

Please note: this could take up to 14 days.

APPOINTMENTS​

A non-refundable deposit is required in the case of cancellations or rescheduling.

PREMADE WIGS

We ship all our packages via Royal Mail first class signed for delivery if the order was placed in the UK.

International tracked and signed for delivery will be available as well.

Premade wigs, bundles and closures will take 2-3 working days to be processed.

Once processed, it will be shipped to our facility taking up to 10 working days.

Upon arrival at our facility, your order undergoes quality checking and packaging to be shipped to your location the following day.

Once shipped and our account updated, the tracking number will be emailed to you for you to track at your convenience.

**AVAILABILITY | DEPOSITS:**

  • Appointments are released on the 10th of each month at 6 pm.

  • Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Punctuality for your appointment is crucial.

  • The remaining balance can be settled through cash or card payments, with the correct cash amount advised.

  • Be aware that the location may change, and notifications will be sent accordingly.

  • Allow sufficient time for your journey and parking.

**LATE POLICY | NO SHOW:**

  • Being 10 minutes late without prior notice results in automatic cancellation, classified as a NO-SHOW.

  • Emergency appointments due to lateness incur a £15 additional fee.

  • Repeated NO-SHOW bookings lead to booking restrictions.

**APPOINTMENT PREPARATION:**

We provide wash, blow-dry, and removal services.

Specify special scalp needs in advance for appropriate measures.

**DYING | COLOURING:**

Contact us at 07479412516 to discuss hair dye or highlight options. Limited to natural colours, starting from £20 for dyeing services.

**OUR RIGHT:**

HAIRBYLAURAN LTD reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate behaviour, recorded and reported.

Notify 48 hours before an appointment if unwell Flu-like symptoms lead to a refusal, with deposits not refunded.

No instant locs/loc extensions or sister loc services are provided.

Prices are starting points; additional costs may apply.

Verify booking details to avoid a lack of notification responsibility.

Personal belongings left after 48 hours will be disposed of. Contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp for appointment queries (MESSAGE ONLY).

We prioritize satisfaction and customer service in our work. If unsatisfied, notify us during the service or within 48 hours. Aftercare advice is provided after each appointment, and it's your responsibility to follow it. Touch-ups are offered, no redos and correction services are not allowed after 3 days from the initial service date.
