RETURN POLICY 

CUSTOM WIG UNITS - RETURN POLICY

We do not offer refunds for custom wig units, due to health, hygiene and safety laws.

Please note that once the unit has been shipped from our location, it is non-refundable, unless the unit has arrived damaged.

Measurements must be taken accurately as the unit is made according to the measurements provided.

Please note: we are not responsible for non-accurate measurements resulting in the unit not fitting.

LACE CLOSURES  + BUNDLES

Refunds are only available within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund, the hair must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

If your request is successful, you’ll be refunded via the platform you made the order through.

Please note: this could take up to 14 days.

APPOINTMENTS​

A non-refundable deposit is required in the case of cancellations or rescheduling.

PREMADE WIGS

We ship all our packages via Royal Mail first class signed for delivery if the order was placed in the UK.

International tracked and signed for delivery will be available as well.

Premade wigs, bundles and closures will take 2-3 working days to be processed.

Once processed, it will be shipped to our facility taking up to 10 working days.

Upon arrival at our facility, your order undergoes quality checking and packaging to be shipped to your location the following day.

Once shipped and our account updated, the tracking number will be emailed to you for you to track at your convenience.
